School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Book Week

Our annual Book Parade always comes to life with spectacular displays of imagination and creativity.

Thanks to the incredible efforts of our families, we are always dazzled by an array of enchanting costumes and characters that turn our parades into spellbinding spectacles.

Creative & Performing Arts

At Nashdale, students are given wonderful opportunities to showcase their talents through a range of performances.

Our K–2 and 3–6 dance troupes regulary take to the stage at both the Orange Eisteddfod and the Public Schools of Orange Showcases, proudly representing our school.

As well as Eisteddfods, The Orange Small Schools Association (OSSA) join together every two years to provide students with the exciting experience of performing in a large-scale production.

As part of the Creative and Performing Arts curriculum, the OSSA Spectacular is held at the Orange Civic Theatre—a highlight on the calendar and a fantastic night out for the whole family.

Our students have equal representational opportunities to students from larger schools.

OSSA (Orange Smalls Schools Association) has representation at the Orange District PSSA carnivals and all students have the opportunity to trial with the Western Sporting Trials held annually for various sports.
